Do you see individuals and couples?
Yes. I see both individuals and couples.

Do you see clients in person or online?
All sessions are held online through a HIPAA secure portal.

What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours or more notice is required to cancel. If not, the cancellation fee is $75.

Do I have to start with a consultation call?
If you are a new client it is important to start with a consultation call to make sure we are a good fit. I will ask about your goals and explain more of my approach to ensure we align before beginning.

What approach do you use?
My approach to counseling and coaching focuses on secure attachment and relational issues and growth.

What is the Relationship Theory Model you are training in and how is it different?
Relationship Theory Model (RTM) is based on over 70 years of attachment research combined with neuroscience and neuroplasticity. RTM therapists are focused and direct and work with attachment styes, shame and trauma.

Will insurance cover coaching?
Insurance companies do not cover coaching. Coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health issues.

Which states is Jen licensed in?
Jen is licensed to practice in Utah and Idaho. Clients outside of these states must be coaching clients, meaning they do not require a mental health diagnosis or assistance with managing mental health issues.
