Counseling/Therapy is reserved for individuals and couples who reside in Utah or Idaho.
Jen works with the following insurances:

Select Health, Aetna, Cigna, Regence Blue Cross/ Blue Shield,
EMI Health (Educator’s Mutual) DMBA, PEHP

Coaching is offered to individuals and couples in all states within the United States.
Coaching is not offered internationally at this time.

Coaching clients are those who do not require a mental health diagnosis
or mental health management.
